At Crofton Park Baptist Church, we are committed to stewarding our resources responsibly and respecting the wishes of everyone in our church family. To help us do this, we are asking all members and regular visitors to complete two important forms: a Gift Aid Declaration and a Photo and Video Consent Form.
Why This Matters
Gift Aid enables us to claim an extra 25p for every £1 you donate, at no additional cost to you — provided you are a UK taxpayer. This makes a significant difference in supporting the ongoing work of the church and the local charities we support.
If you have not yet completed a Gift Aid form, or if your details have changed, we kindly ask that you take a moment to fill one in as soon as possible.
We are also updating our Photo and Video Consent records. As a church, we love to celebrate and share what God is doing among us — through our website, newsletters, and social media. However, we want to ensure that we do so in a way that fully respects your preferences.
Whether you are happy for us to use your image or would prefer not to appear in church-related media, it is important that we have your up-to-date consent on file.

Both forms are available from the Welcome Desk on Sundays, or can be downloaded from our website.
If you’re unsure whether we already hold your current details, please speak to one of the deacons or email the church office for clarification.
