Join Us for “Thy Kingdom Come”: A Global Prayer Initiative
We are joining churches all over the world in prayer over Ascensiontide

We are excited to announce our participation in “Thy Kingdom Come,” a worldwide prayer movement that invites Christians of all denominations to join together in prayer from Ascension to Pentecost. This special event, taking place from May 9th to May 19th, offers a unique opportunity for us to unite with churches around the globe in seeking God’s kingdom to come in our lives, communities, and nations.
At our church, we will be actively participating in “Thy Kingdom Come,” with a dedicated 24-hour period of prayer on Saturday May 11th from 10:30am. Throughout the event, we will provide various resources to aid and guide our prayers, including prayer journals, Novena, and informational leaflets. These resources are designed to help individuals and families engage in meaningful prayer experiences during this sacred time.
“Thy Kingdom Come” is not just a prayer initiative; it’s a movement that encourages us to deepen our relationship with God and to intercede for the transformation of our world. By coming together in prayer, we have the opportunity to make a real and tangible difference in the lives of others and in the wider community.
This event provides us with a powerful platform to join with fellow believers across the globe in seeking God’s will and praying for His kingdom to come on earth as it is in heaven.
We encourage you to sign up for an hour of prayer which you can do at home or in church on Saturday 11th May. As we come together in unity during ‘Thy Kingdom Come,’ we are trusting God to move in powerful ways and to bring about lasting change in our world.
We invite you to join us in this global prayer initiative as we seek God’s kingdom to come and His will to be done. Together, let us lift our voices in prayer, knowing that God hears us and responds to the cries of His people. Let this be a time of renewal, revival, and transformation in our lives and in the world around us.
