Church lounge

Our lounge is ideal for small group meetings and activities. It seats up to 20 people.

The lounge can seat up to 20 people and is suitable for classes, workshops and meetings. Rectangular tables and chairs are available to use.

AV equipment is available on request for presentations and there is WiFi available for use.



The lounge is available to hire at £35 per hour for a minimun of two hours. A deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking.

Terms of hire
NO SMOKING on the premises nor in any open areas adjoining or near to the premises.
ALCOHOL IS FORBIDDEN in any part of the premises or in any open areas adjoining or near to the premises
No more than 150 persons are permitted in the premises.
All rubbish must be cleared and put into black sacks and then into the blue bin outside the premises
Health and Safety: the hirer must observe the Health and Safety Policy of the Church
Damage: in the event of damage/breakages the full cost of repairs/replacement will be payable by the Hirer
Children in the premises must be supervised at all times and neither the PA desk nor any musical instruments may be tampered with
Deposit: for the main church space a refundable deposit of £100 is payable against damage/breakages in advance of the date of hire, for the church hall or lounge the deposit is £50.
Insurance: the hirer must take out adequate third party liability and property insurance for the duration of the hire and must provide sufficient evidence of such insurance to CPBC prior to the date of hire.
